Dato’ Ts. Dr. Haji Amirudin Abdul Wahab (“Dato’ Dr. Amir”) is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CyberSecurity Malaysia, the agency that monitors e-sovereignty of the country. He has approximately 30 years of ICT working experience in the telecom and IT sector in the Government as well as in the semi-government and private sectors.
During Dato’ Ts. Dr. Amir’s leadership as CEO, Cybersecurity Malaysia (CSM) managed to contribute to Malaysia’s achievement in attaining top 10 ranking in the world, at International Telecom Union (ITU) Global Cyber Security Index studies and became first Malaysian to chair World Trustmark Alliance (2014-2015). Besides that, during his leadership, CSM was awarded as Best Cyber Security Innovation Award 2015 recipient by FireEye Global and won Champion Prizes at the World Summit of the Information Society (WSIS) for 2 consecutive years (2016 & 2017) and also most recently in year 2020 as a winner of WSIS Prizes 2020 Category 5 at World Summit of the Information Society (WSIS) 2020: “Building Confidence and Security in the use of ICTs.
He was also selected to receive an ASEAN Award as the Outstanding Chief Information/Security Officer in conjunction with the 10th ASEAN CIO| CSO Summit and Awards 2014 held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on 2 December 2014. On 2nd May 2018, he has been registered in Malaysia Board of Technologist as Professional Technologist which has allowed him to use abbreviation “Ts” before his name.

Ts. DR. ZAHRI HJ YUNOS is the Chief Operating Officer of CyberSecurity Malaysia, an agency under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, Malaysia. Zahri holds a PhD in Information Security from the Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), Melaka, Malaysia. Zahri also holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey, USA.
He is a certified Associate Business Continuity Professional by the Disaster Recovery Institute International, USA. Zahri has been awarded Senior Information Security Professional Honouree in July 2010 by the (ISC)2, USA. He has contributed various publications and presented papers on topics related to cyber security, cyber terrorism and business continuity management.

Received his PhD from University of Bradford, United Kingdom in Network Security. He received a post-graduate Diploma in Systems Anaysis from UiTM in 1991. He started his career with the Malaysian Armed Forces after completing his first degree in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University, USA in 1986. He served in the Royal Signal Regiment of the Malaysian Army for 10 years before joining the industry after the completion of his stint with the Malaysian Armed Forces.
In 2002 he joined National ICT Security & Emergency Response Centre (NISER) now known as CyberSecurity Malaysia as the Expert Service Manager. Later on, he was entrusted to be the manager for Malaysia Emergency Response Team (MyCERT). He has earned 5 professional certifications namely C|CISO, CWNA, CISSP, CEH and ISMS Lead Auditor.
With his knowledge and skills in various cyber security domains, he is now entrusted to be the Chief Technology Officer at CyberSecurity Malaysia.
